Garth Kruger, Ph.D.
Founder and Director

Dr. Kruger has been working in the program evaluation and data analysis field for 25 years. Prior to forming EvaluationGroup, Dr. Kruger was the Project Director for Evaluation at the Center for Rural Health-School of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of North Dakota. He led evaluation initiatives for the State of North Dakota, Center's for Disease Control and prevention, National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Department of Education among others.

 

Prior to his employment at the Center for Rural Health, Dr. Kruger worked for the Michigan Public Health Institute in Lansing Michigan. There, his evaluation activities were supported through grants by the governor's Discretionary Grant fund, State of Michigan, Michigan Safe and Drug Free Schools, Michigan Virtual University and the Michigan Department of Community Health.

 

Dr. Kruger's interests include promoting healthy/active lifestyles, agriculture and outdoor activities.
